Medical Staffing Masterclass

Our ever-popular Medical Staffing Masterclass is now being released as a series of 4 online sessions covering all the content of our traditional training sessions delivered in the comfort of your home or office. All sessions are held live, and classroom sizes are kept small so that delegates have the opportunity to ask questions during the session and of each other. 

The on-line sessions are suitable for all HR Business Partners, anyone new to medical staffing/HR, managers, operational managers and those working in postgraduate medical education.

Each session is priced at £250 plus VAT. Delegates will have the option of purchasing single sessions or the series at a reduced price of £875 + VAT per person, if booking all four sessions. If an organisation books 5 or more attendees, there is a reduced cost of £225 + VAT per person per module. If an organisation books 10 or more attendees, there is a reduced cost of £218.75 + VAT per person per module.

All delegates will be provided with a copy of the slide deck.

MHPS Training

Maintaining High Professional Standards (MHPS) is the framework used by NHS organisations to manage concerns about doctors and dentists conduct or capability.

 It underpins a fair, consistent and legally sound approach to handling disciplinary and performance-related matters, balancing the needs of the organisation, the rights of the practitioner and the safety of patients.

General Investigations Training

Equip your team with the skills to manage and conduct fair, thorough investigations, including Disciplinary, Dignity at Work & Grievance investigations for all staff.

Job Planning Training

This course takes an in-depth look at the key elements of job planning and the roles of responsibilities of those involved.

It will equip you with the knowledge and understanding necessary to undertake a Job Planning Session including the different elements that make up a Job Plan (DCC/SPAs/APAs etc) and outline the process for mediation and appeals.

Bespoke Courses

Alternatively, many Trusts choose to hold an in-house bespoke course or host a course and invite colleagues from nearby organisations to attend. The benefit of this option is that the course can be tailored to client requirements. In-house courses are more commonly being run over two days (usually 3 weeks or so apart) due to the increasing complexity of the medical staffing agenda. Jane Cole Associates would be happy to discuss requirements and outline costs.
