This course takes an in-depth look at the key elements of job planning and the roles of responsibilities of those involved.

It will equip you with the knowledge and understanding necessary to undertake a Job Planning Session including the different elements that make up a Job Plan (DCC/SPAs/APAs etc) and outline the process for mediation and appeals.
