We collect your information in connection with your registration with our website, enquiring about consultancy or booking on our courses. The information collected is full name, job title, employing organization, email address and the name of a person to whom invoices should be sent for payment.
How We Use Your Information
We will use your information to send monthly newsletters (via Campaign Monitor) to your nominated email address and to contact you about future courses. We will provide lists of delegates to training venues, but this would not include email addresses.
How We Share Your Information
We may share your information with venues where we are running courses (i.e. just a list of names, no email or other contact information). We share your contact details with other course delegates with your permission.
Jane Cole Associates is owned by Dearden HR Limited and, by signing up to the newsletter and/or attending one of our courses, Dearden HR may contact you or your organisation regarding medical staffing and other services it provides. Your information is not passed on to any other parties.
Should the business change ownership, we may share your information with the new provider.
